INTRODUCTION

IMPERIAL International Hotel College (IIHC) is the FIRST and ONLY Hotel School in Vietnam that provides 100% training in a 5-star international standard hotel complex. With this special advantage, IIHC helps students to be trained in practical skills and practical management skills according to standardized operating procedures at each position at the 5-star IMPERIAL Hotel & Resort, Vung Tau complex.

The program is co-designed by Niagara University, New York, USA, and highly experienced experts of leading 5-star hotels. The program is quality controlled, accredited by NCFE - the third biggest technical and vocational awarding organization in the UK with a history of more than 170 years.

IIHC is the model chosen to accompany the Vietnam Tourism Education Association - VITEA (belonging to the Vietnam Tourism Association - VITA) in the project "Urgent solution to supply international quality human resources for the hotel management industry" in order to provide human resources of international quality with global competitive value. 

Students have to meet the required practical skills and management skills, are confident to work on the first day and are ready for the opportunity for a quick promotion at international 4-5* hotels.
